We are looking for candidates with an academic background or equivalent work experience, as well as experience in the industry.

Depending on your background and interests, you can develop in roles such as:

Project Manager – Leads technical and business-driven projects in areas such as process/production, supplier/purchasing, development, or automation. Drives change, manages stakeholders, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Quality Engineer/Leader – Drives quality improvements and ensures that products and processes meet high standards of safety and performance. Works with quality management systems, supplier development, and/or operational development.

Change Leader/Business Developer – Leads change initiatives and helps organizations implement new ways of working, processes, and technologies. Ensures that the changes create real business value.

Consultant in Functional Safety – Works with safety-critical systems and ensures that products and processes comply with functional safety standards in areas such as defense and industry. Focuses on areas such as system safety, maintenance, ILS, and/or CE marking.
